Capybot#2184

Due to the planned changes to Reddit's API, Capybot will be shutting down on the June 19, 2023. This was a cool project and I thank you for your support, however, as the bot is not monetised, it wouldn't make sense for me to pay the new API fee. I may make changes to the bot in the future to avoid using Reddit's API but until then, this is goodbye
