Ask for help, ask for your patient status, demand to punish someone breaking the asylum's rules (in roleplay), reward the obedient and good, torture the ungrateful and disobedient/disrespectful, think of the bot as a doctor or ghost. They will do your deeds for you. Follow the rules, Respect others (including the bot), don't cause trouble, don't bully, don't degrade.
