Discord Perm Manager

This bot allows you to have finer control over granting permissions for users in your server. In other words, instead of granting a MANAGE_CHANNELS permission for a role, users can use the bot to have CREATE, EDIT, or DELETE permission for channels.Currently, only managing channels is supported, with limited support for managing roles.
