Chat Manager is an advanced Discord application that is used to automatically manage certain features of your text channels, such as automatic slow-mode scaling based on current activity, and settings for quiet hours" where slowmode can be higher during certain times of the day.

Additionally the bot has it's own configurable AutoMod, Starboard, and Counting channel settings!
