GSPA Helper#2738

The GSPA helper bot has shutdown for good, mostly due to the lack of funds to host the bot. We also haven’t been getting many new servers for our bot. Thanks for having GSPA helper.

The bot has been destroyed from Digital Ocean, and is not recoverable.
