Abbey is a Discord assistant for MLAI workflows. It reads directed messages, commands, and short channel context to route requests through Abbey, Aviva, or Abi for helpful replies, status checks, prompt/governance summaries, and workflow assistance. It uses Message Content only for bot interactions and does not need presence or full member-list access.
