Stuttr automatically answers questions posed by members from a list of approved answers thus saving time while still ensuring that misinformation is not repeated. Questions are scored by similarity and any above the set similarity score will receive the relevant automated answer. Stutter also tracks common questions to identify automation candidates and generate a relevant dynamic FAQ page.
